The four pipes are to be cut as follows

Note: the 1 3/8" pieces are male couplings for the female Ts and
elbows and the 9" and 12" pieces are approxomate due to
the thickness of the cuts


The top corners of the frame are made with three T's, the bottom corners with two T's and one 90o elbow.  The hypotenuse of each corner triangle is made with the 31 1/4" piece, the sides with the 24 1/4" pieces.  The 36" pieces are used for the uprights and center span.  The 9" and 12" pieces serve as the corner extensions.  After a trial fitting, the corner triangles may be glued together, the hypotenuse last.  The 9", 12", and 36" pieces are removable.  A carry bag is planned.

The twine is optional; it has been included for the photograph because the frame will bow when unloaded.
