The Moon Society traditionally "piggybacks" on the National Space Society's International Space Development Conference.
The ISDC is a travelling conference: it is in a different city every year and that makes it easier for many members to attend at least some ISDCs.
It is also a "Big Tent" conference drawing leaders and members of many organizations in an atmosphere conducive
We
have been affiliated
with the National Space Society since 2005, and it makes much
more sense to participate in this "Big
Tent" conference than to try to go it alone with far less resources.
ISDC is the
conference at which to meet and work with other Moon society members
and
leaders from various parts of the country, as well as with leaders of
other organizations.
When the organizers of the current ISDC are agreeable, we have helped organize the Moon Track.
