Logo design competition
Between the Moon Society board members, we have come up with three different versions of a logo for the conference (our preliminary versions being the three middle items in the row of logos). But we cannot agree on which one to use. Thus, we are going to put it to a membership vote. However, you can not only vote on these suggestions, but also suggest your own logo design as a Moon Society statement to spread the message that the moon is a place to live. Contribute not only to the conference but also to the visual branding of it! We hereby invite anyone to submit a suggestion for a logo for this year’s conference.
Logo competition rules:
- The logo motive should highlight “looking out from a permanent moonbase”.
- The conference text and the year should be yellow on unbroken black as per the “empty” logo.
- Vector graphics (svg) is preferred, but any picture format of at least 512×512 pixels would be acceptable.
- Submit your logo design, by in our #LDC2025 slack channel or by email to niklas@moonsociety.org. At the very latest on February 28th, but post it as soon as possible in slack, discuss, motivate and promote your design!
- Voting will be open for Moon Society members will be open between March 1st and March 7th. (Yes, you only have a week to vote so make sure to check the slack channel to find your favourite!)
