No single organization, company, government, or individual can settle the Moon alone. Not even the Moon Society. So we are building a community of doers, supporters, and dreamers who help each other reach a shared goal.
The Moon Society actively looks for common ground with organizations whose focus reaches beyond the Moon. We are all in this together, and turf battles will not get anyone to permanent space settlements.
Partners
The Moon Society has two primary goals when partnering with other organizations, companies, and individuals.
- Provide our members with unique volunteer and learning opportunities with our Partners.
- Let us know if your organization needs volunteers or members!
- Assist our Partners with their missions by providing increased exposure, potential volunteers, and technical help.
- Partners can present on a topic during a Mare Cognitum Virtual Chapter meeting. Contact us if that interests you.
These are informal partnerships. No contracts needed. We help you and you help us. Everyone wins, and we all get a little closer to seeing real settlements on the Moon.

The Moon Society’s primary focus is the permanent settlement of Luna, our Moon. These organizations, companies, and individuals are working to make that happen. And you can help.
Mars Directory
The Moon is our focus, but we don’t neglect Mars. The whole “Moon versus Mars” debate is divisive and moves nobody closer to living beyond Earth. Much of the technology needed to live on the Moon is also needed on Mars, and vice versa. Cities on the Moon, Mars, the asteroids, or Europa all depend on us working together.
